After reflecting on the lessons of phase two, the group realized the purpose and value, even though it felt awful. Things felt lighter, meetings were calm and productive and the team started to care more and forge deeper friendships and bonds. There were still life struggles but the work somehow became a refuge, and the lessons we learned helped us cope.
This phase of the project felt/feels like a re-birth. Our team was/is re-energized and ready to accomplish what we set out to do! Renewed hope and enthusiasm drive us as we recognize the healing that occurred and implement lessons learned. This project has been truly life changing for all involved and has become a part of who we are. The solutions we created have already taken root in our own circles, with theories we test often successful.
